President’s Message

Hi Everyone! Welcome to the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Las Vegas’ Younger Member Forum (LV YMF) website. I am excited to be the President for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. ASCE has brought me many connections and opportunities and I am excited to give back to ASCE YMF in this role. Our local engineering community has a growing number of younger members and it is important to connect them to share experiences and knowledge to develop better engineers. My objectives are to increase member involvement, stay connected with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) student chapter, and to better network with other YMF organizations. Our new board is excited to have various events for young professionals ranging from government advocacy, volunteering, and simple socials. We will work hard to have your ASCE experience be a good one and develop a sense of community with young civil engineers.
